This week I have gotten in 2 great days of weigh training (upper and lower body) and 6 miles of running! I am not going to lift anymore this week, but I am hoping to get up to 12 miles by Saturday. Two of my goals for 2012 were to eat better and be more active, and so far I’ve been pretty good! I’ve had oatmeal or cereal each morning, fruits and vegetables nearly everyday, mostly stuck to baked chicken or beef with minimal carb side dishes, and had very little chocolate or sweet treats! I haven’t hit my 4x a week at the gym yet, but 2x a week is a good start in my opinion. Woohoo, go me!
